I’m Beth Davidson, your Virtual Assistant
For the past 9 years I have worked in the blogging industry, providing online exposure for some of the UK’s biggest brands.
I left school in 2002 with 11 GCSE’s. At 16, I had no idea what I really wanted to do with my life. For the next 3 years I worked in a variety of industries including retail, manufacturing, communication and virtual consumer support (and spent a short time in business support).
Very different industries but with one thing in common, they gave me valuable experience.
When my first child was born in 2005, I left my last employed role and concentrated on becoming a full time Mum.
I started blogging in 2009 while pregnant with my second child. The blogosphere was a very different place then. Opportunities were few and far between, social media wasn’t as saturated, and you didn’t really struggle to find a truly unique name for your website. Oh, and Google Page Rank was still a thing!
Although SEO may as well have been on Mars.
Over the years i have managed a number of blogs, some more successful than others, while growing my family. I now have 5 children, the oldest being 13 and the youngest 1. My current blog is Beth in a Box and has flourished over the last 12 months, although I am having to take a step back to focus on Lollipops & Rainbows.
I started Lollipops & Rainbows with little planning. I woke up one morning and by the end of the day I had designed the whole website. It’s changed a little since that day but is still fundamentally me and retains my core values.
My business was built on a foundation of passion. I love to organise, plan, write, create. I am passionate about planning my own life and helping others to do the same. I pride myself on a reliable and thorough service. Providing the assistance you need without the requirement of an additional desk in your office.
“Time is more value than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time.”
My passion is helping others organise their tasks in a way that helps them reclaim their valuable time.
It’s time to reclaim your time.
